It is even worse than Forever 21 ... The hardware sucks.
Clothing 21 in the peep-site. They are generally seen to be "cute". It is of good quality. Note that most liners are thin as paper.

It bothers me are these types of shirts and blouses as thin as hell, but the shirts are thicker.
Quality yes, very low .. and not so cute
