Proxima Proxima Ultralight Ls1 Home Theater / Presentation Projector Question Is Below?

Proxima Ultralight ls1 home theater / presentation projector Question is below? - proxima

I have a projector Proxima Ultralight LS1 from a friend. I lit and the color is off. It shows a pink tint in the upper right and a green tint on the bottom. I have tried to change the color, but I can not do, it seems normal. Is there anything I can do to fix it. Is this a bulb or lens?

It is very unlikely that the target be. It could be the lamp, but not usually presented as colored lights, the ... Just get thin. One thing that can happen is that when the lamp is small, people tend to try and turn the brightness all the way to the image offset opposition increasingly blurred. The overdrive circuit color and can cause strange things. Check the settings to see whether the brightness and contrast are up crank. Should be in a dark room, you do not need more than 50% each. You need to have life-counter access to the lamp (see the manual how to do so) to do. If it roasted over 2000 hours, very likely. If this is not the case, here are some other things to check ...

Your configuration may be incorrect. Make sure the projector is in proper video mode and check to ensure that your DVD player to it is in the 4:3-mode and Progressive Scan to OFF (if it is progressive scan). Check the advanced video settings to see if anyone is seriously fucked up, see things like gamma (again, the manual or call Proxima see how caNo access). If all this fails and the lamp is good ...

It could also be a motor or defective LCD. Note that the projector headlights, and 7 years lead a hard life, with very high voltages, tons of dust and heat through them. The circuits are doomed to failure. This is an LCD unit and is like a laptop is used, the panels must be folded down in May. If this is the case, buying a home projector, because it annhilate probably not worth repairing, even if new 16:9 high definition projector can now at least $ 1000 a unit of 7 years with 200: 1 contrast ratio. You can call Proxima, if all else fails.
